1.When the reverse side of a stamping part gets scratched, a brush  die can be installed on an unused workstation.
2. The brush  die is higher than the surface of the die for punching and cutting, which can lift the material and reduce scratches on it.
3. When performing downward forming stamping, installing a brush die at the workstation beside the forming die can prevent scribbling or scratches
4. When there are mold vacancies in the turret, install the brush mold to prevent waste and dust from entering the mold base holes and damaging the mold base.
5. The price of the brush die is comparable to that of the circular lower die at the same workstation. It has a low usage cost but brings significant economic benefits.
